Nancy Smith

Nancy Smith has served as the Business Administrator at Christ Evangelical Presbyterian Church since 2004. Her career in Church Business Administration began in 2000. "After 20 years in the corporate world I could think of nothing more rewarding than serving the Lord.” Nancy began her study program at Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in Church Business Administration in 2001 as she quickly realized Church Administration is somewhat different from running a company in the corporate world.

She received certification as a Fellow in Church Business Administration in 2005, and as a Fellow in Presbyterian Church Business Administration in 2006.

The National Association of Church Business Administration provides support to its members on a national as well as local level. Nancy has served as Treasurer of the Houston Chapter in 2003, 2005 and 2006. 

Nancy and her husband Gerald have been married for 35 years.  They are members of Memorial Drive Presbyterian Church.
