How can I be involved in local and world missions?
You can be involved in missions right from home! The most important thing you can is pray for the people serving as missionaries around the world and right here in Houston. Give them your time as you lift them up to the Lord. You can also volunteer with local organizations or give additional resources to the Christian workers as the Lord lays it on your heart. Missions Sunday 2007
We were blessed by the teaching of Dr. Peter Kuzmic, pictured here with Juan Bravo of Overseas Council International (l); Bob Brock, Chairman of the Missions Committee; and Cristian Macelaru, who shared his gifts as a violinist to glorify God during the worship service. The whole morning focused on missions, with a special group Sunday school class led by Dr. Kuzmic and a fellowship luncheon with some of our supported missionaries following the worship service.
