How can I be involved in local and world missions?
You can be involved in missions right from home! The most important thing you can is pray for the people serving as missionaries around the world and right here in Houston. Give them your time as you lift them up to the Lord. You can also volunteer with local organizations or give additional resources to the Christian workers as the Lord lays it on your heart. Gracewood is not a shelter, nor is it for families in chronic upheaval. It is an oasis of calm for mothers who are experiencing a temporary crisis that leaves them on the brink of poverty, homelessness or separation from their children.
